Ethylene glycol monostearate is used in shampoos, body washes, moisturizers and fine liquid detergents. It is also used as a pearlescent dispersant, solubilizer, lubricant and metalworking detergent, as well as for fiber processing in pharmaceutical production. When the product needs to be cold formulated, the pearlescent flakes need to be formulated into pearlescent slurry in advance.
